Imprinter

The optional, post-scan ink-jet Imprinter, prints a variety of text messages on the front scan side

of the scanned document. Ink cartridges are not included. Please purchase HP brand ink

cartridge as follows:

Endorser

The optional ED-600 endorser is the same as that used with the DR-5020/5080C. It can stamp a

custom made rubber stamp (must be ordered separately) on the rear scan side of scanned

documents with the stand Die Drum 300. When equipped with the optional Die Drum 300 w/8

digit Dater a non-incremental 8-digit number (such as a date) can be stamped as well. The

stamp position is operator adjustable and conforms to the Federal Reserve cc: regulations for

check endorsement. When ED-600 is installed on a DR-7580 or DR-9080C, the maximum

scanning speed becomes 85ppm regardless of the scanning mode. Ink rollers are available in

four colors: black, red, purple and green.

Hard Counter

The optional non-resetable mechanical counter records the number of pages fed through the

scanner (a “soft counter” is built-in to the driver)

Barcode Module

This optional software module enables the ISIS and TWAIN driver to recognize barcodes. Please

see below for Recognized Codes
